A few helpful details
BEFORE YOU APPLY.
Which food application should I use?
Restaurants preparing food on site should use Food Booths. Pre-packaged food sellers should use Vendors & Exhibitors and review the applicable permit requirements. Food truck spaces are sold out.
Does applying reserve my space?
Applications are subject to review, requirements, and availability. Follow your Eventeny application for approval and next steps. Specific booth and vehicle placement is managed by the event team.
What if it rains?
Holiday in the Park is a rain-or-shine event. Ordinary rain does not cancel the event or qualify participants for a refund. We have never been canceled or washed out in more than 30 years, though we have had occasional light rain or drizzle.
Weather protection is one reason tents and canopies are required for booths. Vendors should bring their required tent or canopy unless covered by a confirmed event rental, use proper weights suitable for wind, and prepare merchandise, displays, and equipment for moisture and inclement weather.
We would stop or cancel only for an exceptional emergency or unsafe conditions, as determined by event organizers and public-safety officials.
What should I bring for my booth?
Standard vendor registration covers the booth space itself. Bring your tent or canopy, proper weights, tables, chairs, signage, and display materials unless the relevant equipment is included in a confirmed rental. Check your Eventeny order for any rentals you have already arranged.
Is electricity available?
Event power is not provided for vendor booths. Gas generators are not permitted. If you need electricity, plan to bring a quiet battery-powered power station with enough capacity for your equipment and lighting throughout the event.
Do I choose my location?
The event team assigns booth and vehicle placements. You can view current assignments on our Maps page, but locations may change as planning is finalized. If you do not see a placement yet, that alone does not mean there is a problem with your registration. Application approval, payment, and placement are separate steps.
When will I receive load-in instructions?
Detailed check-in, load-in, and arrival instructions usually arrive during the week before the event, and may be sent earlier if everything is ready. Watch the email address associated with your registration and your Eventeny account for updates.
How do I verify an approval or payment request?
If you receive an unexpected approval or payment request, sign in to your Eventeny account directly to check your application, or contact jeff@visitmagnoliapark.com before paying. Use the application links on this website, and do not rely on an unfamiliar email or payment link as proof that a request is legitimate.
